Guess what Kathryn sent the kids? Yup! A Scorpion. Do you know WHY she sent such an UNUSUAL gift to the kids? She had one crawling up her leg in bed at 3:00 in the morning! YIKES! I was telling Sean about it and the kids overheard and wanted to know what a scorpion was. We went on a search to find out all about scorpions. Two days later this guy arrives in the mail! We grabbed our magnifying glass and learned some more! Thanks Kath!

That must have been way scary for Kathryn. Eeeks. That's the most hands on you'd like to get with scorpions. But I'm sure your kiddos will think it neat!
