On Your Wedding Day

I had a request for a wedding card. I have not made a wedding card before so I knew this was going to be a fun request! I can't believe I haven't done a wedding card. I'm not sure why?!?!
Yes, it includes yet another variety of this wood. I have a bag full of scraps and there has to 20-25 different varieties of wood! This one was again another great one to sew on. I really like how I was able to pull the pink hue out of the wood with the background paper. On it's own, I really didn't see the pink hue. Cool stuff.
And this paper I found to use on the envelope? Well, it speaks for itself. Just gorgeous. It moved a bit when I sewed on it, so I really wouldn't recommend doing that with it! The envelope was a little flimsy for my liking so I added a vellum lining to give it some more strength.
Simply Beautiful!

These wood cards of yours are just amazing, and this one is stunning!! That is one lucky couple to get this, and WOW oh WOW on the envelope. It is every bit as gorgeous as the card. Wish I knew you back when I got married. ;)

Pretty card. I like all the photos that you take of the card that I can see all your wonderful details. Your stitches, and those 3 cutout butterflies with the pearl body. You are great at card making. What a beautiful creation you have made.
