MMSC26 - Tweets Digi

Good Tuesday Morning to you! It's week #26 of the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge! We are starting off with a new Monthly Sponsor today. Thank you to Michelle's Scrapbooking for being this month's sponsor! Also, our weekly sponsor is Heather from Digi Stamp Characters. Thank you! Be sure to check them both out!

Now for my card. The image I used this week is my Tweets digi. I used the Paper Tole technique and cut out and layered the image 3 times. I loaded them up with Starry Night Stickles and Holly Stickles. I placed them on Labels # 4 Nestabilities. I used more black pearls from that same package of Black Swirl Pearls! I still can't believe how many pearls are in that package!

Did you happen to notice that for the leaves in the corner I just made the digi bigger and used the branch leaves? That's one of the super cool things about digi's!! :) Now that I see the photo's I wish I had Paper Tole'd the leaves too. Do you ever do that? After you photograph the card you think it would look better if you did something else...but you didn't see it BEFORE you photographed the card? For some reason I can see things thru the photograph that I can't see just looking at the card itself! LOL!
Have a wonderful day!

Yep, I do that ALL THE TIME! LOL!!

Super cute card Sue! LOVE the little 3-layered birdies!! :) And I didn't know that big branch and leaves in the corner were the same one blown up bigger til you meantioned it! :) I agree, that's so cool you can resize digis!

Ya know what else I noticed? Your black pearls at first glance totally resemble black music notes--like the birds are singing! LOVE THAT!! :)

LOL, I DID notice that digi was made larger, the list is endless with a talent like yours! Those birds are so cute, I think they look a wee bit scared out on the branch like that. Great coloring and design of the card and love those black pearls. TFS, Jane

These little birds are simply adorable Sue. I love the way you used the leaves in the corner by enlarging them too. :)

I am late this week getting around, but I just wanted to say how super cute these blue birds are sitting on the limb. I like your leaf corner design element and those black pearl beads. Just outstanding. Hope you are having a terrific week!
