Digital Stamp - MMSC28 - Christmas Tree Children

Happy Tuesday! It's week 28 of Midnight Madness!! How many of you are starting your Thanksgiving festivities this weekend? We are having our first dinner this Saturday. Looking forward to it....but not the scales the next day! LOL! The season begins...

I used one of Jess's new Vintage Vanities images released last week. This one is Christmas Tree Children. I love his little bum! Reminds me of my boys when they were a little smaller. :) I colored the image with Copics on Neenah 80# Paper which is #1 recommended for use with Copics by Marianne Walker. I now carry this in my store in many different packaged quantities and will be carrying Copics in the next couple of weeks as well! I also used touches of Stickles for that little bit of Christmas Sparkle!

This sweet charm says BELIEVE. It's so magical to be young and to BELIEVE in all the magic of Christmas. My kids eyes just light up when we talk about Christmas. Yes, they LOVE the gifts but they also know it's Jesus's birthday! Kids are so fun at Christmas time.

These flowers started out white! They are the Chelsea White Prima flowers. The red one I colored with a red Copic marker and the green one I airbrushed in the Copic Certification class. I don't know if you can tell from the photo if you click on it and make it larger but when you use the markers to airbrush, they almost get a metallic sheen. I'm not sure why but am curious enough to ask the folks at Copics!

And now for the BIG NEWS!!! From this week's sketch challenge, each of the Design Team members will be choosing a card from this week's entries to be featured on their blog during the Blog Hop. So along with doing the regular sketch challenge, we are asking you to make a "CHRISTMAS CARD" this week. One of our lovely Design Team members will be contacting you after the close of the challenge to let you know that your card has been chosen to be featured on their blog for our Christmas Blog Hop. You will need to participate in the Blog Hop to have your name put in a drawing for a special prize at the end of the Hop. Please let your Design Team Hostess know that you will be able to attend the Blog Hop to be eligible to win the prize.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a WONDERFUL week!
