Digi Stamp - Bell of the Ball - MMSC33

Welcome to Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge Week #33! Holy Cow! 33 weeks! This is probably one of my most favorite, if not THE most favorite sketch Priscilla has done. Well done, Priscilla! You ROCK! For whatever reason, I saw it and knew what I wanted to do. It was really simple to do and took no time at all...but LOOKS super complicated. NOT! Cut, cut, glue, sew, glue, stretch and punch...done! :)

I used The Ball digi stamp as this was originally to be a New Years Eve type card. I didn't want to color her other than her skin. I wanted a card that was Black, White and Silver. Kind of a celebratory, New Years color I guess.

I had to add Stickles. Carolyn got me addicted on Stickles and I can NOT make a card without Stickles. :) I did Paper Tole this image as I airbrushed the background with Copics. If you click on this picture and look at the background, you will see a metallic sheen. I don't know what it is but if you Airbrush with Copic Markers it gives a metallic sheen although coloring with the same markers does not. I don't know...can't explain it...must be MAGIC!

Some pretty little brads I had on hand left over from a previous project.

I was not sure about adding silver ribbon to a brown and black background paper. I was really wanting to use this new Forever Paper I added to the store so I stepped outside my comfort zone and went for it. I love it! Love it, Love it. And yes, I'd do it again! :)
Be sure to play along with us this week even though it's a busy week! We have great prizes and with everyone being so busy your chances of winning are greater! I wish everyone a Safe and Very Merry Christmas! Blessings to you and your families this Christmas!

Your camera is taking some wonderful pictures. You are catching the sparkles and everything. Well done. Do I have your permission to use a portion of this card image for some graphic art work in the future?
