Vintage Lady Rubber Stamp - MMSC34

Welcome to Week #34 and the last Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge of 2009! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and is getting ready to ring in the New Year! Thank you to everyone who has played along with us this year! It's been so much fun seeing all your beautiful creations and getting to know some of you too! 2010 will surely be the best year for all of us!

I used the vintage rubber stamp, Estella, for this weeks sketch. When I saw the feathery side embellishment Priscilla used on the sketch, I thought of this stamp immediately! Her beautiful hat feathers would go perfect with the side embellishment!

I colored her with Copics and textured her dress. I used plenty of Star Dust Stickles as embellishments.

The Copics I used were: RV34, Rv11, B29, R37, 0, W1, B00, E33, E29, E00, E0000.

Beautiful, fluffy feathers I purchased from our local craft store.

Tim Holtz Decorative Corner Hardware and a pretty little self adhesive Pearl. The corner pieces are really simple to use. They just fold over the ends of the paper. Only takes the pressure of your fingers to flatten them out. However, if you are in need of relieving some frustration...go ahead and give them a whack with your craft hammer! They are strong enough to take it!
I wish everyone a Safe and Blessed New Year!
