I met these ladies on eBay last fall. We began talking about meeting up at CHA. Well, our dream became a reality last week! As crazy of an idea as it was....it was a BLAST!!! OMG! I would do it again in a heartbeat! They truly are sweethearts! And I don't think I've laughed as much in the last year as I did in those 4 days! What an experience!
Denise
As we were leaving, we were looking for a place to take a picture. It was a TOTAL FLUKE that Michelle saw a board and wondered what it was. We all wandered over and it was the prize board. Denise says...Sue, your name is on there. No way. No way! WOO HOO! We found out where we had to go to claim the prize. They told me I won a Scrapbooking Getaway Weekend. I'm not sure if it was Denise or Michelle but one of them jokingly asked if it included her 2 friends. WELL, as we were walking out of the office reading the cute little book they gave me telling me about my prize, I read ....a scrapbooking weekend for you and 15 of your friends!!!!!!!!!! 15 FRIENDS?!?!?!?!?!?!?! HOLY COW! We were all EXCITED at that point. There may have been some jumping and hollering going on! As we were taking this all in, a very nice lady came up to us and asked if she could help us with something. We told her I had won an awesome prize. Turned out she was the VP of CHA!!! We talked to her for quite a bit, took pictures and had a wonderful experience with her! Super lady!
And this is LOVELY ANITA! She's the one giving the prize away. We went back into the show and found her. She was so fun! The name of her store is Scrapbook Creations in South Carolina. She has a 10,000 square foot store, a Cottage on the grounds that houses 16 people (beds, baths, kitchens, everything!) , and she has a little Cafe too! Everything 16 people would need for a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Crafting Getaway!!!! This is the coolest prize ever! I am still in shock that I won!
I had to just share one more photo of some GORGEOUS card samples! This booth was so packed we could hardly get in! We loved this booth so much, we went back a second time!

Looks and sounds like you had a fantastic time, I should've went, as am only an hour-drive from Orlando! I will definitely go next year though!

A GREAT time was had by all! What a {{treat!}} it was to meet the gals whom work you so admire! It was so fun to walk among all the booths and awe @ all the pretty things!

Wow Sue..what fun it was reading this post..sorry it has taken me so long to get around to everyones blogs...busy busy :) Your pictures and stories here are awesome...I think one of those 15 beds has MY name on it!!! LOL I am so thrilled you all got to meet and had such a great time.
